Eating while traveling can be tough to stick to a healthy diet. A few tips to try, are to eat well before you leave and to pack healthy snacks for your trip. A few good for you snacks to bring on your trip, are yogurt, fruits, nuts, seeds, jerky and freeze-dried vegetables. Another good thing to do is to limit alcohol when flying. But don’t kick yourself too hard if you slip up or indulge a bit while on vacation.
